Working Hours : 10am-10pm (Rotational Shift) , 6 days a week
Job Responsibilities
Assist in daily food preparation, cooking, and plating according to kitchen standards.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the kitchen and equipment.
Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
Work closely with the Head Chef to execute menus, prep work, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts / Chinese Cuisine is a plus
Must have solid experience in Chinese cuisine kitchens.
Strong experience in Chinese-style wok cooking -- stir-fry, steaming, braising, and sauce preparation.
Able to maintain consistency in taste and presentation across high customer volumes.
Knowledge in kitchen operations, hygiene standards, and ingredient control.
