Key Responsibilities:

Support the Kitchen Supervisor in meal preparation and coordination to ensure timely service and consistent food quality. Prepare ingredients and dishes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety regulations. Keep all kitchen stations fully stocked, clean, and prepared for service--especially during peak periods. Monitor stock levels, rotate supplies, and promptly report any shortages or expired items to minimize waste. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, equipment, and storage. Conduct routine checks on kitchen equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance issues. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

Strong team player with the ability to live and work closely with others for extended periods. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Highly self-motivated, with the ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
