Support the hot kitchen team in daily food preparation and cooking.
Wash, cut, slice, and prepare ingredients as instructed by the Chef.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils in line with food safety standards.
Receive and organize incoming stock and ingredients according to storage guidelines.
Assist in ensuring all customer orders are prepared accurately and served promptly.
Safely dispose of kitchen waste and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Be flexible and ready to work extra hours when required.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the Kitchen Leader or Management.
Requirements
Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident only.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in kitchen operations or food preparation is an advantage.
Diploma, SPM or equivalent qualification.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in pastry, cooking, and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Must have own transport and be punctual.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene is required.
