Key Responsibilities

Assist the Kitchen Supervisor with daily food preparation and service coordination to ensure timely delivery of high-quality meals. Prepare ingredients and dishes in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation, particularly during peak service periods. Monitor inventory levels, ensure proper stock rotation, and report shortages or expired items to minimize waste. Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across all kitchen areas, including equipment and storage. Conduct routine equipment checks and promptly report any maintenance or operational issues. Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements

A dependable team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Self-driven, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
