Key Responsibilities

Support the Kitchen Supervisor in daily food preparation and service coordination to ensure timely and consistent delivery of high-quality dishes Prepare ingredients and menu items in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation, especially during peak service hours Monitor inventory levels, practice proper stock rotation, and report shortages or expired items to reduce waste Uphold strict standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation across all kitchen areas, including equipment and storage spaces Perform routine equipment checks and promptly report any maintenance or operational issues Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations

Requirements

Reliable team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
