Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our cafe as part of the Kitchen Crew. You will play a crucial role in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in the cafe's kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:



Food Preparation:



Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Assist in creating new menu items or improving current ones.

Kitchen Operations:



Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner. Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.

Hygiene and Cleanliness:



Keep the kitchen area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times. Follow food safety and hygiene standards as per regulations.

Teamwork and Communication:



Work collaboratively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:



Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided). Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player with a positive attitude. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
