Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the direction of the Head Chef.
Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to the restaurant's standards (Sop)and specifications.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
Work efficiently during busy periods to meet service requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all kitchen equipment is properly stored and maintained.
Assist in the inventory and stock rotation of food products.
Participate in daily briefings and communicate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Help with the mise en place (preparation) for service.
Learn and develop new skills, recipes, and techniques in line with the restaurant's menu.
Take responsibility for any other tasks as directed by the kitchen leadership.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
