Working location : 7baris Cafe, Jalan Kuching, Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation & Cooking

Prepare ingredients and menu items according to cafe recipes and standards. Operate kitchen equipment such as microwave, deep fryer, oven, etc. Assist in reheating and plating food neatly and consistently. Ensure portion control and food presentation meet cafe standards.
2. Hygiene & Safety

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, including utensils, workstations, and storage areas. Follow all food safety and handling procedures Ensure proper storage of raw and cooked food items. Dispose of waste properly and manage kitchen cleaning schedules.
3. Inventory & Stock Management

Assist in receiving and checking stock deliveries. Monitor ingredient levels and inform the manager when supplies are low. Label and date all food items properly.
4. Teamwork & Communication

Work closely with baristas and service crew to ensure smooth order flow. Support fellow team members during peak hours. Report any equipment malfunction or safety hazards immediately to the manager.
5. Customer Experience (Indirect Support)

Ensure that all dishes served meet the cafe's quality standards. Maintain speed and accuracy in fulfilling food orders.
Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent. Previous experience in F&B or kitchen operations is an advantage. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Team player with good communication skills. Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety. Punctual, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Working Hours:

6 days per week (Monday is off-day). Shift-based: Morning / Closing shifts depending on schedule.
Physical Requirements:

Able to stand for long hours. Able to lift and move kitchen supplies when needed.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Food quality and consistency. Cleanliness and hygiene compliance. Punctuality and teamwork. Speed and accuracy of order preparation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 54 per week
