As a Kitchen Crew member at Bayang Coffee, you will be responsible for preparing and handling food items according to our standards. You will ensure that all dishes are made with consistency, quality, and cleanliness, contributing to a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble food items according to SOP and recipes
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times
Handle food storage and stock rotation properly
Follow all food safety and handling procedures
Support daily kitchen operations including prep work and cleaning
Cooperate with front staff to ensure smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils
Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene
Prior experience in kitchen or F&B is an advantage
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Team player and willing to learn
