Job Description

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with their orders, providing menu recommendations and answering questions about food items and ingredients. Food Preparation: Prepare kushiyaki, Japanese rice, sauces and beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Order Management: Accurately take and process customer orders using the point-of-sale system, ensuring timely service and quality control. Food Safety: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food items. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen area and kitchen equipment, storeroom facilities throughout your shift. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other crew members and management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service during peak hours. Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and stocking inventory, as well as monitoring supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Promotions: Stay informed about current promotions and menu changes, actively promoting new items to customers.
Qualifications:

High school SPM or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a food service environment is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders.

Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation. Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
