TanggungjawabOur kitchen is looking for a passionate about food and skilled kitchen crew member to join our team. You will be tasked with doing your part to help our restaurant operate as efficiently and effectively as possible. This will require you to be adaptable, details and willing to do a little IT of everything that our kitchen needs to do its best work.

• Assist in the various food preparation process by marinating, cutting, chopping, slicing, precooking ingredients and washing vegetables, meats, and grating other ingredients.
• Execute the cooking process for a specific portion of each plated meal, adhering to the prescribed recipes and quality.
• Creatively plate food according to establish guidelines, emphasizing presentation and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table and etc.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, dishes, cooking equipment, utensils and food storage.
• Conduct a comprehensive clean-up of the kitchen area before the restaurant closes, including disposal of waste, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing equipment.
• Assist with the unloading of deliveries and their proper storage. Wrap and store unused items in appropriate containers or areas, ensuring proper labelling and organization to facilitate efficient operations for subsequent shifts.
• Follow all food health and safety requirements.
• Train, motivate, recommend discipline, and supervise the work of kitchen employees ensuring that all cultural and core standards are met.
• Communicate kitchen needs to the chef.
