Job Responsibilities
Responsible for cooking and preparing Seafood dishes (e.g. sotong, lala, udang).
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the brand's standard.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of the food truck kitchen.
Handle food preparation, cooking, and simple customer service when needed.
Work with the team to achieve daily sales KPIs.
Requirements
1. Must know how to cook, especially seafood dishes.
2. GDL License is an advantage.
3. Must hold valid:
Sijil Latihan Pengendalian Makanan
Sijil Suntikan Tifoid
4. Responsible, hardworking, punctual, and team-oriented.
5. Able to work in a fast-paced food truck environment.
