Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
Assist Chef / Cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Stock inventory appropriately.
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Requirements:
SPM, Professional Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Advantage if have one years of kitchen experience.
