Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for preparing for daily kitchen prep.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
  • Assist Chef / Cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory appropriately.
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Requirements:
  • SPM, Professional Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Advantage if have one years of kitchen experience.
  • 5 Full-time position (s) available.
