Job Description
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Ensure kitchen inventory is well-stocked and organized.
- Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen staff to support daily kitchen operations.
- Handle kitchen waste and dispose of IT properly.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
