Job Responsibility Maintain and ensure that the food is presented in a well and appetizing manner To prepare the ingredients to be used according to the menu items set To assist in stock control of food and beverage To check and monitor and ensure that the food counter all is well stocked at all service times Follow the food handling procedures as per the SOP To keep the working area clean and the cleanliness and hygienic practices in food preparation. To work with the front-of-house team in development, implementation, maintenance and improvements of the quality management system. Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisors from time to time. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/\'O\' Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/\'A\' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. Required skill(s): Culinary arts or cooking in a professional setting.
