Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as ingredient cutting, portioning, and simple cooking. t t * t
Support the chef in preparing soba dishes and maintaining smooth kitchen workflow. t t * t
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including washing utensils, cleaning workstations, and ensuring proper food storage. t t * t
Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant SOPs at all times. t t * t
Provide support to hall staff when needed (serving dishes, clearing tables, or delivering food). t t * t
Report directly to the Senior Kitchen Supervisor. t
