KOL Specialist
to lead influencer strategy, manage key platform relationships, and drive brand growth through data-driven innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with TikTok and Meta representatives, securing insights, promotional support, and feature opportunities.
Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs and affiliates to amplify brand reach, ensuring alignment with company's tone and audience.
Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including campaign briefs, compensation, and post-campaign reporting.
Analyze performance data from livestreams, ads, and KOL campaigns to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Oversee KOL performance, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to enhance livestream quality and conversion.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in livestreaming, influencer marketing, or social commerce.
Proven ability to manage KOLs, paid advertising, and partnership campaigns.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Analytical and creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Passion for digital trends, influencer culture, and e-commerce growth.
