[About the Role]


As a Partner Growth & Agility Associate (Account Manager), you'll ensure our lodging products are competitive and attractive to travelers, while helping partners optimize their presence on the Expedia Group platform.

Build relationships with lodging partners through phone-based account management Help partners use Expedia tools to drive visibility and bookings Support new partners as they ramp up and grow their market share Manage a portfolio of properties, offering strategic guidance Monitor performance data and provide actionable insights Resolve partner issues promptly and effectively Share updates on new features and initiatives Represent partner needs internally Help develop satisfaction surveys Stay informed on travel trends to inform strategy

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field; or Equivalent related professional experience


- Native proficiency in Korean language and English. Additional Mandarin language proficiency is a strong plus


- 1-3 years of experience in hotel sales/revenue management, account management, inside sales or business development preferred


- Able to work independently as well as be a strong team worker, ensuring the whole team wins


- Demonstrate ability to work based on a variety targets, goals and/or strategic objectives set by the leadership team


- Appetite for innovative technology, fast-changing business environment, robust data driven analysis


- Presents ideas and directives clearly and persuasively; actively listens when spoken/presented to


- Ability to effectively communicate to various levels and through a variety of communication channels


- Ability to handle objection, secure commitments and be resilient
