Role Overview

As a Sales Intern at KueMue, you'll be immersed in a fast-paced startup environment and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales operations. You'll gain real-world experience in B2C and B2B sales strategies while contributing directly to our revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying, qualifying, and contacting potential customers (online and offline) Support daily sales operations, order processing, and CRM updates Engage with customers via WhatsApp, social media, phone, and in-person (as needed) Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow-up materials Collaborate with marketing on campaign tracking and lead conversion Provide product demos (training provided) and gather customer feedback Maintain excellent after-sales service and support

Requirements

Diploma/Degree student in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English Passionate about sales, startups, and entrepreneurship Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn Available full-time/part-time for [insert duration] Bonus: Experience in TikTok, Shopee, or e-commerce sales
