Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in applicants
Screen through applications
Provide a seamless onboarding experience for riders such as pass "Welcome" goodie bags to the shortlisted applicants
Build, update systems and processes to support riders
Key Requirements:
Minimum Diploma
Good interpersonal skills (able to deal with drivers)
Comfortable with Work in Office
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel)
Able to communicate in both English and Malay, both written and verbal
Has own transportation
