• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree Certificate.

• Proficient in English, with a college degree or above.
• Candidates should possess a patient and detail-oriented attitude, strong communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to easily adapt as a strong team collaborator in a fast-paced industry.
• This role operates on a 5-day work week rotational shift basis, as we serve European clients.

Tanggungjawab

• Conduct thorough reviews of new client onboarding documents to ensure applications align with company policies and client risk control assessments.
• Utilize verification tools and credible sources to review client KYC (Know Your Customer) documents for anti-money laundering purposes.
• Execute Customer Due Diligence (CDD) / Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on clients, ensuring compliance with our anti-money laundering onboarding processes and procedures.
• Monitor pending cases according to our internal Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Investigate or screen clients for sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEP), and negative media records.
• Provide high-quality service to clients and internal departments, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally and escalated when necessary.
• Enhance our CDD functionalities and procedures through product or system improvements.
