Who we are looking for 1.working experience that includes application support, change management and project implementation. 2.Possess knowledge of database - MSSQL / Oracle & Applications and networking infrastructure management & connectivity. 3.Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred 4.Possess knowledge in concept of systems and interfaces between systems. 5.Excellent communications skills, result orientated 6.Ability to work long hours, also may require to work on PH or Weekends (for Upgrade of systems) 7 Look for troubleshooting experience on application side, SQL knowledge, DBA experience, able to go for call and open to work on weekends(whenever required), Don\'t share CV with Hardware experience. Scope of work for Support Staff 1. L1 support / L2 Support as per assignment on issue. 2. Software application support related to Hospital information system and other clinical systems. 3. SDSC: L1 Application: HIS (Arcus Air) either onsite or remote. 4. L1 troubleshooting/ ID creation for all systems, as per SLA standard. 5. Assist in patch release/ upgrade activities. 6. Documentations - user guide/ user requirements/process flow. 7. Assist in projects whenever required by SMC. 8. Assist in monitoring of systems. 9. Basic SQL trouble shooting skills will be of advantage.
