Job Description
Responsibilities:
Serving as the first point of contact for client inquiries and support requests. Documenting and resolving basic client issues. Following established support procedures. Escalating complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary. Ensuring positive and professional communication with clients
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM999.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Bangi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
