Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for various IT infrastructure components.
Monitor and maintain Windows/ Linux servers.
Basic troubleshooting on server-related issues.
Monitor IT infrastructure using various monitoring tools.
Respond to alerts and take appropriate actions.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Some experience in IT support or related field.
Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux environments.
Basic understanding of monitoring tools and backup solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
