Computer Science, Information Technology

of hands-on experience inIT Support Operations
within large commercial, service-based, vendor organizations, or financial institutions. Proven experience inRobotic Process Automation (RPA)
configuration and programming (including scripting/coding),SQL
,relational databases
, andapplication development
. Exposure toIT infrastructure

, and/orsecurity
is an advantage. Basic understanding ofLean

Technical / Functional Skills
Proficiency in
Incident, Problem, and Change Management
practices. Experience inRoot Cause Analysis (RCA)
and preventive action planning. Familiarity with theITIL Framework
andSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
methodologies. Experience usingIT Monitoring Tools
and implementingautomation processes
. Exposure to diverseIT operating environments
(Mainframe, Windows, Unix, Linux). Skills inWindows scripting
andsystem administration
. Working knowledge ofActive Directory
andNetwork Administration
. Experience withweb and application servers
such asApache
,IBM WebSphere
, orOracle WebLogic
.Shell scripting
