Air Liquide IT: The Group launched an overhaul of its IT services, to simultaneously improve and world security, competitiveness and agility. This results in a changing IT organizations with infrastructure services and IT production which will now be managed globally by a central department called GIO (Global Infrastructure Operations) and business applications that will be supported by dedicated departments, called BIS (Business Information Systems) for each business line and relevant geographies.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Global Infrastructure and Operations (GIO) Air Liquide provides infrastructure services business IS to Air Liquide worldwide. The L3 User Device Engineer is part of the global End User Service Team (Common User Workstation) and helps to ensure the stable operation of Windows or Chrome based Endpoints on a global perimeter. The L3 User Device Engineer will contribute and/or suggest technical improvements for the End User Service in general. The geographical focus of this role will be Hub APAC . This position will report to the GIO Global Operations Lead, User Device.

Windows Images

• Engineering and maintenance of the global Common User Workstation Master - golden image - (based on Windows).
• Create and maintain different configurations of CUW based on the requirements of the business following the golden rules of CUW.
• Support and/or propose evolutions regarding Common User Workstation.
• Evolution and monitoring of the industrial process to distribute the golden image to Field Service all around the globe
• Share new CUW images with hardware providers and validate its correct functionality
• Write technical documentation and procedures
• Support global CAB meetings

Workstation Management

• Work closely and actively with other team members on different projects linked to workstation management
• Work closely with other IT teams all over the world
• L3 support and troubleshooting, analyze problems and root causes.
• Contribute to realize technical implementation relevant to support the strategy of EUS and its Roadmap
• Contribute to ensure the security compliance of the Endpoints
• Maintain and run the technical global standards and best practices
• Contribute to Knowledge management

Application Packaging

• Work closely and actively with other team members for the application packaging using Marimba
• L3 support for application packaging (Marimba)

Are you a MATCH?

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
• Solid understanding of DNS, Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS, IP Printing
• Experience in an IT production environment (including support)
• Strong interpersonal and team work skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service

skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and work within

timelines to meet deadlines. * Significant experience in Microsoft MDT, AIK, WDS
