About the Role
Responsible for the resolution of end-user computing IT related service requests. The Engineer investigates diagnoses & resolves the service requests. The engineer was also responsible to track and monitor the task assign to the team on the incident and request to ensure the TAT can be meet. Depending on the nature of an individual request, the Technical Support Engineer works independently or in co-operation with subject matter experts within IT or vendor teams.
