Summary of Job Scope:
Perform standard quality control activities, laboratory test, and to assist in documentation and handle administration work as required. Directly involved in- process, finished product and stability sample testing.
Sampling, checking and recording of raw material, import product and finished product.
Sampling, routine checking and recording of packing material.
On line checking and recording of in-process tablet.
Checking and recording of in-process syrup, cream.
Calibration of weighing balance, analytical balance and friability tester.
Checking and approval of packing process.
Check, record and maintain retained sample of intermediates, raw material, finished product.
Checking of Finished product in quarantine.
Support in microbiological environment monitoring (air sampling)
Carry out sampling and testing for daily purified water system monitoring
Quality Control check on raw material dispensing.
Ensure coding of labels and bar code labels are complete & accurate.
Preparation and recording of reagents and chemicals.
Routine preparation and filling of QC documents i.e. Certificate of Analysis of finished product.
Maintain QC document in laboratory to ensure up to date &accurate.
Update laboratory equipment log book/ Quality Control (QC) record book and all other QC documents.
Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of retention sample room.
