Carry out daily quality checks on products.
Conduct random checks on incoming raw materials and/or new raw materials for suitability in production.
Carry out routine checks of laboratory equipments and proper usage and handling of equipment.
Carry out regular preparation of reagents and solutions for laboratory.
Ensure proper house-keeping and cleanliness of laboratory.
Ensure safe storage and handling of laboratory chemicals.
Ensure records are legible and are stored, maintained and retained according to procedures set.
Ensure all work and operating procedures are being followed.
Ensure good and safe working condition and environment in the laboratory by maintaining good 5S & OSH practices.
Assist in calibration of equipment at prescribed intervals
