Perform
basic laboratory tests
(e.g., pH, Brix/sugar level, salt %, viscosity/density--depending on product requirements).
Carry out
sampling
on the production line and record test results accurately.
Verify
packaging/label details
such as batch number, expiry date, label condition, and overall appearance.
Prepare and maintain
QA records, checklists, and reports
with proper documentation.
Support
GMP/cleanliness
monitoring and report any non-conformance to QA Supervisor/Executive.
Assist with
basic equipment care
and routine checks (as instructed).
Requirements
Experience in
QA/QC, lab work, or food manufacturing
is an advantage.
Fresh graduates may be considered if willing to learn and follow procedures.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, able to follow SOP strictly, and comfortable working in a factory environment.
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
