Assist in new product development and sample preparation
Support sales team with demo kits and presentations
Assist in evaluation of raw/packaging materials and lab services
Maintain sample records and documentation
Support QC testing of raw materials and finished goods
Assist in food safety, halal, hygiene and quality systems
Work with QA/QC team on investigations and improvements
Follow Good Laboratory Practices
Job Requirements :
Diploma in Science, preferably Food Science or Food Technology
Food Handler Course
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & HACCP
Quality Systems (ISO22000 / FSSC 22000) awareness
Halal awareness
