Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Outbound Shipment Handling

Prepare shipment traveler / documentation for outbound items. Ensure items are correctly packed per shipment specifications. Coordinate item handover to logistics providers and internal stakeholders. Track shipment status and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
2. Inventory & Lab Operations

Execute daily operational work orders and inventory tasks. Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking. Support inventory audits, reporting, and item traceability.

Job Requirements



Minimum: SPM / SKM / Diploma or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and system updates. Able to handle multi-task operations and work independently with minimal supervision. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email systems). Basic English communication and comprehension. Comfortable working in a semiconductor lab or technical environment (training provided).

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
