Lab Technician Male
Job Description
1. Understand the Standard operating procedure and work instruction where related1. Perform overall raw material sampling and chemical testing in chemical laboratory 2. Be part of the team for schedule waste and disposal of tested sample as per schedule plan 3. Ensure the raw materials received from the warehouse with thecorrect quarantine label and as stated in the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) of the raw material manufacturer. Ensure that the certificates received are from the list of approved manufacturers and conduct sampling activities as per written procedure. 4. Conduct testing (such as specific gravity, pH, viscosity, identification, assay, related substances, impurities etc.) and prepare test report accordingly 5. Assist in laboratory investigation such as performing retest as requested by supervisor or head of department. 6. Be part of the team to ensuring equipment and apparatus used (where related) in chemical laboratory are within the calibration and preventive maintenance due date and planned schedule. 7. Be part of the team to ensuring the chemical laboratory area always clean, neat and help to sustain the 5S implementation 8. Always practice Good Laboratory Practice in QC laboratory Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Benefits:
