Our Client Our client has been established to construct, develop and operate a world-class greenfield manganese and ferroalloy smelter in the Samalaju Industrial Park, Sarawak, Malaysia Our client. is a subsidiary of an international company and is an independent, internationally diversified minerals group with its primary focus on expanding its fully integrated manganese business. Its international operations currently comprise a successful Singapore-based metals marketing business supported by a manganese mine in Australia and a ferroalloy processing facility in China. Manager - Laboratory and Quality Control Manager Job responsibilities: Responsible for the management and technical work of the company\'s quality inspection center; Responsible for the planning, formulation, supervision, and implementation of the company\'s quality inspection system, formulating the work objectives of the quality inspection center and organizing the implementation; Responsible for the formulation, review, and confirmation of quality management system documents of the quality inspection center; Responsible for the establishment, improvement, and supervision of the implementation of the inspection system of the quality inspection center; Review and approve the management and technical documents of internal quality inspection workshops and supervise their implementation; Supervise and manage the operation of production and management systems of various quality inspection departments, and coordinate and deal with deviations in time; Analyze the daily data of the internal quality inspection department, organize the sample reinspection comparison and analysis and improvement of each quality inspection workshop; Organize and implement the personnel training, personnel training, assessment, and external job rotation of each quality inspection workshop; Responsible for the daily management of the quality inspection center. Qualifications: College degree or above, chemical analysis, industrial analysis, applied chemistry and other related majors, related professional engineer title or above; More than 10 years of relevant work experience in a quality inspection laboratory, familiar with various chemical element analyses of raw materials in the steel or metals industry, and capable of developing and establishing chemical analysis procedures for various ferrous and non-ferrous elements; Familiar with the daily management process of the laboratory, the preparation and operation of system documents such as laboratory quality manual and procedure documents, and the management of laboratory instruments and equipment and safety production; Familiar with the work process of quality inspection, and can timely optimize according to the work needs; Familiar with international quality standards; The ability to communicate professionally in English and Mandarin is a must Strong organization, coordination, and emergency handling capabilities; Strong sense of responsibility and ability to resist external interference.
