Job Description

Managing and looking after the welfare of both local & foreign workers in the estate. Controlling the estate's labour force including mandays updating / problems encountered To maintain a close collaboration and to establish a good communication channel between workers and the Company as to ensure that worker's voices are heard. Providing education and counseling session for workers when deem necessary. To conduct briefings and guidelines on legal regulations and Company's policy to workers. To maintain a high degree of self discipline and sense of responsibilities as to portray a good examples to others. Duties and responsibilities of Labour Controller shall not be limited to the above mentioned and shall be subjected to additional task as assigned/delegated by the Management/Immediate Superior from time to time.
