Supervise and monitor daily landscape maintenance activities, including grass cutting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, pest control, and waste management.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure landscaping works are carried out according to schedule and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of landscaped areas and report on plant health, cleanliness, and maintenance needs.
Assist in the planning and implementation of landscape improvement or enhancement projects.
Maintain records of plant inventories, maintenance schedules, and contractor performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations.
Support sustainability initiatives such as recycling of green waste, water conservation, and use of native plants.
Prepare monthly reports and recommendations for landscape improvement.
Job Requirements
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or related work.
Knowledge:
Familiar with landscape design principles, plant species, soil types, and irrigation systems.
Understanding of pest management and sustainable landscape practices.
Skills:
Strong coordination and supervision skills.
Good communication and reporting abilities.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Others:
Possess own transport and willing to travel between sites (if applicable).
Able to work outdoors and under various weather conditions.
