Our client is a company specialize in laser equipment R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service.

About the role:

In this position, you are responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining laser machines at customer sites. You act as both a technical expert and a customer support technician, ensuring the machines run at their best. The role also includes diagnosing and repairing any issues and providing routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns.

Job Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning

:
Responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, and calibration of the company's laser equipment at customer locations, ensuring the equipment meets optimal performance standards and is successfully handed over for customer use.

Troubleshooting and Repair

:
Respond promptly to customer service requests. Accurately diagnose the root cause of equipment issues via phone, remote access, or on-site visits, and perform repairs or replace components to restore normal equipment operation.

Regular Maintenance and Servicing

:
Provide scheduled maintenance services based on the maintenance plan, including inspections, servicing, and consumables replacement, to prevent potential issues and extend the equipment's lifespan.

Job Requirements:

Education

:
High school diploma or above. Background in Optoelectronics, Mechanical Design & Manufacturing and Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields is preferred.

Technical Knowledge

:
Understanding of laser principles and familiarity with the working principles of common laser equipment.

Experience

:
Experience in installation, commissioning, or maintenance of laser equipment or other precision electromechanical equipment is preferred.

Travel

:
Able to travel frequently (both domestically and internationally).

Language

:
Fluent in both Chinese and English communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
