An exciting Launch Excellence Lead job opportunity has become available at an international pharmaceutical company in Malaysia. About the Launch Excellence Lead Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive the business\xe2\x80\x99s growth. You will lead early stages of asset strategic planning across all business unit and provide a single point of contact for pipeline strategic planning and optimisation for the Malaysia business. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for pipeline planning and optimisation
- Liaise with global asset teams (clinical, medical affairs, regulatory, pricing, commercial, launch navigation) to ensure local input at critical timepoints in asset development
- Provide strategic direction and seamless franchise coordination
- Analyse MY landscape \xe2\x80\x93 clinical data, competitive landscape, customer needs, access and payer environment, global pricing, etc., to identify key strategic issues and decisions that impact MY launch planning
- Drive launch excellence
- Provide leadership to local brand team
- Base degree in science, business or equivalent. Advanced degree is a plus
- Expected to be highly experienced in marketing pharma, with 5 - 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 related experience
- Strong understanding of local access, regulatory and medical environments
- Experience in product launches
- Strong stakeholder management skills
