Develop, test, gain approval and activate the TNA with relevant stakeholders.
Develop the Learning deployment Plan aligned with APAC Day 1 Program Learning strategy and approach.
Lead the development and review of Learning materials to ensure quality and consistency.
Manage a Facilitator pool and Learning support.
Coordinate and work closely with the Learning coordinator for Learning logistics preparation.
Coordinate and work closely with the Learning coordinator to build the integrated Learning deployment plan in Jira that provides a holistic view of the Learning journey by Persona which are fit for purpose and ensure a cohesive learning experience for the impacted SEEKERS.
Manage the integrated Learning plan and calendar located in Jira while remaining consulted on changes/shifts to Learning plan/schedule and resulting impacts.
Understand and help escalate/resolve Learning risks/dependencies including Learning resourcing requirements / gaps.
Ensure Learning related action/decisions are dealt with in a timely manner.
Requirements:
5+ years\' experience within Learning development and implementation.
Malaysian & Degree holder.
Experience in design and delivery of Learning strategies and approaches for large scale transformation programs. Ideally, you\'ll also have experience in Learning delivery across multiple geographies with multiple deployments.
Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable working with stakeholders in different locations/levels.
Strong collaboration, consulting and influencing skills.
Abreast with the current learning practices and trends deploying Learning successfully cross-geos.
Proven ability to tailor Learning approaches to match culturally nuanced organisations.
Proven ability to think strategically.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
