This includes closely monitoring of IT spend against budget for each function on PR/PO raised.
To provide clarity on PR/PO raised and goods received for billing to BU for better cashflow and recovery for Group Technology.PR/PO

• Raising of PR/POs for IT and non-IT purchase in ITM
• Work with relevant collaborators for complete information to raise PR/PO
• Collaborate with vendors in timely manner for PO issued and follow up on invoicing against PO raised
• Perform invoice reconciliation where necessary
• Lead an effective communication with BU for direct billing
• Work proactively with relevant collaborators to perform goods receipt in a timely manner on Ariba for services/work completed
• Ensure PR/PO raised is spent against the approved budget
• Perform accrual during year end on services/goods completed in the year
• Provide PR/PO reporting as needed

Process Improvement & Governance

• Identify any PR/PO gaps and improve current practice
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
