Role Responsibilities Job Summary. Define key responsibilities to reflect the duties and responsibilities of this role. Perform the Privileged ID Reconciliation process for the entire bank to ensure all Privileged IDs are vaulted and secured in the bank vaulting system. Vaulting a PID in Privileged tools Audit readiness and prepare the required control. Process documents Review and provide the evidence for RFI\'s Working with the operation team to ensure all reconciliation gaps is close or mitigated properly Effectively communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders globally. Work closely with the team members to effectively deliver secured & timely PID Governance service which is fully compliant with established documented processes. Assist in implementing of new/amended processes, innovative ways of working and reviewing risk and control assessments. Monitor and report on PID management security risk compliance to stakeholders. Publish The PID Metrics and work closely with Governance Responsibilities. Responsible for Audit readiness and compliance Accountable to TTO OKR\'s Should work with Stakeholders and Governance for the non-remediated and unvaulted PIDs SPOC of contact for any extra Audit RFI The Lead Privileged Access Management role sits within ICS Identity Access- Privileged ID (PID) Management team. The main responsibilities will be to report to the Senior Manager of PID Management in delivering a well-controlled PID management service that is both compliant with industry security best practice standards and allowing for timely withdrawal of PID according to established process and procedure for authorized change implementation or service resumption. This job will require coordination, follow up and escalation to ensure onboard privileged ID to the vaulting tools and perform reconciliation between multiple reports to identify the privileged roles and account. The person will also assist to ensure availability of a stable PID service and enhance security risk program on PID usage within the Bank through efficient resource planning and allocation, forward planning of periodical process reviews in ensuring currency with best practices, providing guidance to the team, and developing relationships with stakeholders and parties across the Bank in driving for a more controlled PID usage. Strategy and Transformation Understand and articulate the strategic goals and objectives of ICS PIM and support its implementation across the TTO organisation. Support the definition, shaping and solutioning of transformation initiatives that enable the unvaulted PID reduction. Support the definition, shaping and solutioning of organisational transformation including Unvaulted PID, Discovery Coverage, Automation of munual tasks for PID recon. Support the development of business cases articulating investment required and/or benefits anticipated for SIP initiatives. Provide planning and development of implementation roadmaps for transformation initiatives. Provide the project management required to execute transformation initiatives. Business Drive unvaulted PID reduction initiatives to ensure they deliver against the key measures of success defined in ICS/TTO OKR and the expected outcomes are delivered across the TTO organisation. Generate reports to track progress against stated objectives, key results, and realisation of benefits for stakeholder requirements, engagement, senior management consumption. Partner with domain SPOCs, ORM to ensure compliance, priorities, value delivery, and dependencies with PID transformation initiatives driven through the Infra domains and each TTO domain. People & Talent Demonstrate qualities of a good team player, build strong relationships with all stakeholders and encourage collaboration. Lead through example and apply the appropriate culture, values and behaviours of the Bank. Set appropriate tone and expectations from the team and stakeholders. Processes Ensure timely updates on initiative progress, issues/risks, timelines, financials, resource plan, and any other static data to various governance forums (i.e., Refinement Forum (RF), Steering Co, Monthly Performance Reviews (MPR), Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR), etc.). Ensure the data is meaningful, accurate, relevant, and data is current. Provide support to domain SPOCs, workstream leads, and initiative stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and to ensure that PID coverage and follow the Bank\'s project management standards, processes, and governance. Governance Responsible for preparing material, conduct and run any Steering Committee (SC) required to update key stakeholder groups of progress, delivery risks/issues, and solicit decisions and/or input required to successfully deliver initiative. Ensure all submissions to committees / forums are of the right quality and are timely Maintain the PMO library, PRET (SharePoint / Teams / Confluence) including submitted papers and meeting minutes of various Governance forums. Risk Management Act quickly and decisively when any risk and/or control weakness becomes apparent and ensure they are addressed within an appropriate timeframe and, if necessary, escalated through the relevant forums. Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct. Our Ideal Candidate Over All 10 yrs and at least 5-year experience in Identity & Access / IAM / Information Security, on large and complex projects/operations. Understanding of IAM and service management concepts. Ability to collect and analyse data, establish facts and make recommendations in written and oral form Ability to work well autonomously and within a team environment Strong support / stakeholder engagement skills Time management skills with the ability to effectively follow up and track information Experience working in a geographically dispersed team is an added advantage High level of competence with MS Office especially excel and power point.
