Job Description

Jobscope Reporting to the Functional Manager, you will be responsible for lead a team of auditors to conduct 3rd party audits in areas of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) such as BSCI, SLCP, SMETA and Higgs, etc. We welcome candidates who are keen to take up regional exposure and the following key responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead a team of auditors to for the fulfilment of CSR and related Quality Management System Audits such as BSCI, SLCP, SMETA, Higgs and/or RBA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Training and developing junior auditors, and/or other necessary functions within your team as well as development of resources to ensure successful completion of audits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure timely completion of audit/ surveillance and submission of audit reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Interface and provide support for other departments on the day-to-day planning, marketing, operations including new product development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain audit related records as per company\xe2\x80\x99s policy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain laws and standards relating to audits. Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or equivalent fields. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years of relevant working experience in social compliance audits and quality management service preferably with team management experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead Auditor qualification in BSCI required, and qualified in ASPSCA \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 and ISO 45000 would be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Travel may be required for Audits.
