About the role

As the size of the portfolio and the diversity of product categories increases, our global teams need to be more effective than ever. We need faster, smarter product development throughout the lifecycle. This role is part of the Dyson Delivery & Integration Office (DDIO) and sits within the Product Frameworks, Knowledge Management & PD Strategic Projects Team.

• Actively lead Business Process Management (BPM) activity within Product Development (PD).
• Deliver & lead analysis activity to elicit requirements and inform business decisions.

Works with team members, managers, and head of departments to lead the work of others in delivering new business processes or enhancements * Act as an internal consultant and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to PD business stakeholders to support decision making. This may include providing recommendations based on domain knowledge.

• Provide guidance and training project leadership enabling their engagement, use and application of the processes to deliver.
• Act as a mentor to stakeholders within the Product Development BA community

About you

• 3+ years of broad practical experience in an equivalent role, performing business analysis in a variety of complex situations.
• Managing expectations and working with diverse groups of stakeholders across matrix organisations.
• Adept at following a project management methodology including agile/scrum frameworks.
• Business Process Management (BPM) implementation experience, including extensive modelling to BPMN 2.0 standards is desirable.
• Professional qualifications e.g. BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or IIBA Level 3 Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is desirable.
• Broad understanding of Product Development & the Product Lifecycle
• Experience of policy and process design and implementation.
• Influence at scale; ability to impart change on a large scale and always acting in the best interests of Dyson
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relations across the global organisation
• Judgement and decision - considers the risks before taking action and selects the option that has the best balance of risk and reward, encouraging input from others when it is appropriate
