Job Description


: Partnership Development: Identify, prospect, and build strategic partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and sellers who are interested in the consignment model on Shopee. Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with Commercial team understand trends, market demands, and opportunities for product placement and category expansion within the consignment program. Onboarding and Negotiation: Lead the negotiation process with potential consignment partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions while achieving the company\'s growth objectives. Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing consignment partners, providing exceptional support and maximizing their performance on Shopee. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of consigned products, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize sales and profitability. Market Research: Finding secondary research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, using the insights to inform strategic decisions. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present regular performance reports to team lead, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights related to the consignment model\'s success. Requirements: Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related fields Proven experience in business development, Buyer (retail), e-commerce, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the e-commerce industry. Buyer or Merchandise background would be advantage. Familiarity with the Shopee platform and an understanding of the consignment model is highly advantageous. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with partners and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed business decisions. Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. People management skills and experience taking care of a team is as advantageous Good team player Good communication in English or Chinese.
