We are looking for :Engineering Lead (Estate Management)

Location: Johor Bahru

Required to ensure the maintenance of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s operating systems and other technical equipment installed

Needs to manage renovation and expansion projects

To guide the technical team in carrying out various tasks efficiently

Provide guidance and supervision to all repair and maintenance work on campus\xe2\x80\x99s facilities and equipment

May be involved in recruiting technical team as well as providing them essential training

Required to oversee the work done by the team and provide them feedback on the same

Needs to plan and manage CMS and implementation of the company\xe2\x80\x99s operating system

Required to ensure that the CMS systems are managed as per the requirement of the business

Needs to manage and review the performance of the CMS systems from time to time and update them as and when required

Assist to prepare meeting reports (MMR, QBR and etc)

Needs to prepare the performance report of the systems installed and share the same with the Estate Manager

Required to meet the clients and understand their requirement

Required to undertake engineering projects and plan them as per the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements

Needs to prepare work practices for the engineers and technicians working under him

Need to ensure all work perform by the team follows DOSH HSE standards

Well-versed in M&E, Civil, and Project Plan and execution

Maintaining and monitoring inventory, facilities, office stock, and ordering supplies as required

Manage spare parts inventories for maintenance and put up the order when the stock reaches the minimum

Plan the working tools and ensure all tools used on site are safe and approved by Head of School

Ensure statutory requirements are being fulfilled and complied with (lift license renewal, DB calibration, Fire extinguisher cert renewal, genset license renewal and etc)

Degree in engineering specializing

At least 5 to 7 years of work experience

Experience in International School/college/university campus environment preferred

Senior management and stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 management skills are required
