Lead Consultant Oracle Fusion Cloud

Job Description


You will participate in the planning, end-user collaboration, enhancement, maintenance and support for the organization worldwide. Key scope is to work out enhancements in line with the business requirements and within the globally defined template.

  • Play a significant role in connecting and bridging between the business and global IT for Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Perform analysis on the business enhancements and propose solutions within the given global template
  • Perform and/or supervise changes to the system in accordance to the proposed solution
  • Apply knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and related technologies to develop innovative improvement solutions and processes, recommends and implement these improvements through effective stakeholders\' management and communications
  • Lead the team:
  • Test the developed/configured solutions technically
  • Support business-users in their daily business
  • Provide 2nd/3rd level support to key-users in case of issues and liaise with the experts (internal, external) to get these issues sorted out
  • Act as programme manager for internal Oracle Fusion Cloud rollout projects as part of company franchise value cascade
Key person digital savviness of the organization by enhancing their ERP systems |A well remunerated position with strong growth potential
  • Good working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, with at least 6 years of experience in the Finance and Procurement modules
  • Experience supporting Orcle Fusion regionally or globally
  • Leading and coaching role in Oracle Fusion projects
  • Good knowledge of accounting, financial and procurement processes
  • Strong supporting skills in the functional business areas as well the technical side
  • Basic knowledge on SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Workflow
  • High-level appreciation of end-to-end application support
  • Familiar with Service Level Agreement (SLA) and contractual matters
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication to communicate effectively with the users and their managers; as well as the vendors, system analysts, and system engineers supporting you
  • Understanding and applying change management
  • Good analysis skills to understand the business requirements, to design the solution, to develop the changes in the system to fulfill the users\' requirements.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with budgets and schedules
  • Ability to independently reach out as a peer, mentor & coach as appropriate across the organization
  • Able and willing to travel globally
