Job Description
DescriptionPrimary Objective:Formulate and track performance via Balance scorecard (BSC) - BSC structure and guidelines, Group BSC, GMC/ GMD-1 BSCs, OMRTs KPIs. Also, to perform monthly reporting of Group BSC.Budgeting and managing capex / opex for GSI
Key Responsibilities:Plan, manage and deliver the following key responsibilities and any other assigned tasks and responsibilities:
- BSC Performance & Management
- Lead BSC KPI target setting process, ensuring KPIs are adequately cascaded
- Monitor the implementation of strategies and action plans via BSC tracking and reporting on a monthly basis.
- BSC scope: GMD, GMC Members and Material Risk Takers
- GSI Finance Liaison
- Serve as GSI Finance liaison/point person, collaborating with Group Finance on all GSI budget related matters
- Prepare GSI budget (opex, capex) as part of annual GSI business planning process
Bachelor Degree - Bachelor Degree in Banking / Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administration.- Preferably professional accounting/finance qualification (CB, ACCA, CPA, CA, CFA etc.)At least 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Sound knowledge of banking products, relevant banking regulations and accounting standards.
- Prior working experience in risk management and balance sheet management is an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
