Work Flexibility: Hybrid

In this role, you will be working closely with Commercial, Order Management, Planning and other functional teams to lead the setup and continuous development of a robust 3PL management system in Malaysia. You will be driving the 3PLs KPIs to optimize the utilization of working capital and increase service levels for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and fine tune the 3PL management process, including consignment kits.
• Conduct regular reviews with 3PLs to drive and improve performance quality.
• Own the inventory control together with 3PL and maintain high inventory accuracy & minimize any stock variance.
• Define and analyze operational KPIs and develop improvement strategies and plans with Operations Manager.
• Work with Order Management to define the relevant master data setup in internal systems to ensure the end-to-end process efficiency.
• Own and drive functional improvements through root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Triage and resolve issues/customer complaints based on process & data analytics.
• Support Operations Manager and Supply Chain leaders in driving down the total variable manufacturing cost.
• Support the implementation of Corporate and East Asia supply chain objectives.

• Bachelor\'s Degree Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other related fields.
• 4 to 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in 3PL management / Supply Chain in MNC environment.
• Excellent data processing and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in English with proven negotiation and influencing skills.
• Confidence and flair in communicating with stakeholders at all levels, able to manage their expectations and lead changes.
• Demonstrated results in driving changes to processes across functional teams \xe2\x80\x93 leading to improved time or cost efficiencies.
• Project management and JDE/SAP experience are strong advantages.
