The role:

We are looking for an experienced Lead - Presentation and Graphic Support to join our high performing team in Center Of Excellence (COE) in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Provide support on all design collaterals pertaining to:

• Conceptual presentation design for strategic decks from functional leaders and their teams on operational updates, sales enablement, strategy discussions etc.
• Print design support for marketing collaterals using the corporate design templates
• Newsletters and internal communication mailers for functional updates and colleague engagement and awareness,
• Brand administration on local merchandising requirements and validation of brand guidelines on external co-branded events
• Bring design expertise to build innovative solutions that foster sustained relationship with key stakeholders
• Explore alternate mediums of content representation and possible new tools that could elevate the Creative Services offering

Qualifications

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in Graphic Designing or relevant design methodology.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and affinity for team-based action planning; able to keep management informed of real or potential problems areas/opportunities and provide strategic solutions.

• The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent Technical & communication skills that must include- the ability to express complex thoughts and ideas effectively in individual and group situations

• Experience working on Corporate Presentations, design of email communications, Newsletters, data dashboards for leadership reviews, keynote event presentations etc.

• Transformation of content starting with basic understanding of business concepts on MS PowerPoint and MS Word.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop / Illustrator is a plus
