Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Lead System Analyst (SA) to join our Digital Banking System Analyst Chapter. The ideal candidate will bring strong solution design, impact analysis, and system documentation skills, along with technical proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions across critical banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead solution design and technical impact analysis for complex digital banking systems. Translate business and functional requirements into detailed system design documents and specifications. Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery accuracy. Prepare and maintain system documentation, including use cases, process flows, data mappings, and interface contracts. Drive requirement analysis sessions, facilitating technical discussions and gap assessments. Perform feasibility studies and support estimation activities for new initiatives and change requests. Review code and design outputs to ensure compliance with solution design and security standards. Support both Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project context (scrum ceremonies or traditional delivery cycles). Provide mentorship and guidance to junior system analysts within the chapter.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

9+ years of experience in System Analysis, preferably in the Banking or Financial Services sector. Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot in a system design/analysis capacity. Strong experience with Oracle databases, and comfortable working in Unix/Linux/Solaris environments. Proven ability in solution architecture, impact assessment, and creating technical documentation. Strong understanding of data flow, system interfaces, and enterprise-level integration.

Good-to-Have Technical Skills:

Languages/Frameworks: J2EE, JavaScript, CSS, XML, SQL Scripting: Unix shell scripting Methodologies: Exposure to Agile (Scrum) and traditional Waterfall project delivery * Domain Knowledge: Experience in Digital Banking systems or financial platforms is a strong plus
